MOVING A JUKEBOX
We repair jukeboxes on site but we prefer to repair jukeboxes in our workshops where tools, spares and circuit diagrams
are easily to hand and most importantly it allows us to test the jukebox without having to charge for waiting around
making the whole repair more efficient and reliable
Customers can bring their jukeboxes to us in Twickenham or we can recomend
a van-and-man service who we have found to be reliable.
Please phone us before moving the jukebox so that we can advise on making sure the jukebox,
is safe and secure and also make an appointment for the arrival.
Make sure the van driver is aware in advance of any problems like steps,
narrow corridors or sloping gardens or he may not be able to collect the jukebox.
NOTES
For all jukeboxes remove the records before sending it in to us, it avoids us losing, mixing up or damaging or breaking
them while moving or repairing the jukebox.
Also remove any extraneous items including spare records, sleeves, circuit diagrams,
service notes, old invoices tools, spare styli etc etc as they will get lost if the jukebox has to be taken apart.

All NSM racks are mounted on four metal posts and have transit bolts that hold the rack firm in the cabinet
ensure these transit bolts are pinched down, do not tighten using a spanner as the purpose of the bolts is just to stop

There should be a bolt with a head painted red somewhere inside the jukebox,
slide the carriage to the right hand end of the rack and
screw the bolt through the hole in the end plate to secure the carriage for transit.
